RICK & INGRID PIERSON Pierson Real Estate & Investments
Anyone can write a sales contract on a home you find through the various search engines… But, you deserve more. As a Buyer you should look for a Realtor relationship where YOU are represented. A Buyer’s Realtor needs to not just be “knowledgeable” and trust worthy, but they should possess the skills to determine how to best structure your purchase contract to win the home for you AND to get the best price. Most homes listed for sale have negotiating room. Sometimes, homes are “under priced” where agents are planning on a bidding war to drive the price up. Then again, there are still the short sales where banks have to approve the price. In those situations some real estate agents, price low to get an offer to submit… then you’re their “trial” Buyer for bank submission…
As your agent, we will:
Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria. Not just those listed on the local MLS, but also the un-listed properties that I may find through my local contacts and affiliations.
Guide you through the entire process, from finding homes to look at, to getting the best financing, all the inspections making sure that you know the details.
Make sure you don’t pay too much for your new home. As a real estate expert in this area, we help people negotiate and make home purchase decisions every day. We can help you avoid costly mistakes by providing a comprehensive market analysis (CMA) of the property in questions using the similar techniques as real estate appraisal companies. (This in itself has saved my customers several thousands of dollars by getting a less than full price purchase contract accepted. (We also submit the CMA to the Seller’s agent to support your contract price.)
Answer all of your questions about the local market area. Not just about homes for sale, but about schools, neighborhoods, the local economy and more.
Provide after closing help… we are here for our new and old friends.
Let us help you find your dream home and assure your best interests are protected throughout the entire process. Feel free to call or e- with any questions you may have at any time.
"V*" on the listing price means the seller is willing to entertain offers within the Listing
Price range. The Listing price range a seller will consider is determined by the value in the
Value Range Price field (the lowest price) and the Listing Price field (the highest price).
